01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and taya903 ("taya903", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at taya903.net. Each individual player may register and maintain only one (1) taya903 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using the identities of other individuals — is strictly prohibited. taya903 employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.

03 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Security of Credentials

You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be treated as authorised by you, whether or not you actually performed that activity.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment account belongs to someone other than the taya903 account holder — are strictly prohibited and constitute a breach of these Terms. Deposits made from third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

taya903 does not charge fees on deposits on our end; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed only to verified payment methods registered in the account holder's name. To process a withdrawal, your account must have completed KYC verification. taya903 targets withdrawal processing within standard business hours; processing times may vary based on your chosen payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed fastest.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

taya903 complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. We are obligated to report suspicious transactions and may request documentation regarding the source of funds deposited into your taya903 account. Deposits that cannot be substantiated with legitimate source-of-funds documentation may be frozen and reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 Promotional Changes

taya903 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use, except where the modification is required by PAGCOR regulatory direction.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

taya903 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet or wager at our sole discretion, including but not limited to bets that exceed platform limits, bets placed on suspended markets, or bets where a technical error in odds or payouts has occurred. In cases of obvious odds errors, taya903 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on the taya903 platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may vary by product, game type, and player account status. taya903 may apply personalised betting limits to individual accounts where warranted by risk management or responsible gaming considerations.

6.3 Sports Betting — Settlement

• Match Fixing: Participating in, facilitating, or benefiting from the manipulation of sporting events for betting purposes.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits made to your taya903 account.

• Underage Play: Registering or playing on behalf of an individual under 21 years of age.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taya903's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your taya903 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

taya903 shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such loss or damage was foreseeable:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any nature
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside taya903's reasonable control, including force majeure events, internet outages, PAGCOR regulatory directives, or third-party payment provider failures
• Losses arising from the player's own failure to maintain account security

Nothing in these Terms limits taya903's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data

taya903 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering and using the taya903 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing activities include: identity verification and KYC processing, transaction monitoring for AML compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support communications, and promotional communications (where opted in). 12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your taya903 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method after KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been cleared.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by taya903

taya903 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account with immediate effect if:

• Your account becomes inactive for a continuous period of 24 months

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, taya903 may forfeit any balance in your account that is attributable to bonus funds, winnings derived from prohibited conduct, or transactions subject to AML freezing orders. Verified genuine deposits not subject to forfeiture will be returned via the original payment method after investigation is complete.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the taya903 platform.

taya903 is licensed and regulated by PAGCOR. Any regulatory complaints regarding taya903's compliance with its PAGCOR license conditions may be directed to PAGCOR through their official channels. taya903 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or dispute resolution process.

14 Amendments to These Terms

taya903 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
